Junior Ambassadors first meet up
During the Easter holidays our Junior Ambassador Panel got to meet up for a fun-filled two day workshop where they met their mentor, and Backstage Artist in Residence, Maisie Lee, to take the first steps in their year long adventure with Backstage.
Over the next twelve months, this wonderful group of 10-11 year olds, will get a chance to learn about how Backstage Theatre works and to contribute ideas to ensure that all children feel welcome, heard and represented in Backstage. They’ll attend shows and creative workshops that focus on a number of creative areas and skills, as well as exploring children’s rights and contributing ideas to Backstage Theatre’s programme and associated artists.
They’re an incredible group of imaginative young people and we’re excited to work with them throughout the year
