An accessible workshop about creativity and Disability Inclusion in theatre.
This workshop will explore the role of theatre-makers as creative forces in implementing disability inclusion throughout theatrical work.
Al Bellamy is a director and creative producer whose work spans theatre, film, and disability-inclusive practice. She debuted with Anne (Samuel Beckett Theatre, 2019) and has since produced and managed projects including DUBH (Dublin Theatre Festival, 2021) and The Rest Rooms (Dublin Fringe, 2022). Her directing credits include The Amanda (Saoirse) Show (2022), Yellow (2022–24), and Home Sweet Home (Cork Midsummer Festival, 2024). A strong advocate for accessibility, she has collaborated widely with disabled artists, led workshops on embedding inclusion in theatre, and received multiple Arts Council awards to develop methodologies for disability-inclusive productions. She has also explored film through the X-Pollinator programme and Project Arts Centre’s Short Cuts Award, and recently completed The Next Stage with Dublin Theatre Festival.

Don’t worry if you or any of your party are unable to attend a performance. If you contact our Box Office team on 043 3347888 no later than 4pm two days before the show*, you can exchange your tickets for another performance or ask for a credit voucher (which does not expire).
*Must be two working days. Box Office hours: Mon-Fri (10am to 5pm)
Please note: No refunds/exchanges can be offered on the day of a performance or after a show has taken place.
If we need to cancel or postpone a show, our team will be in touch to let you know and offer you a refund or exchange.
