We’re thrilled to host an exclusive private screening of Brown Bread, the directorial debut from acclaimed journalist and filmmaker Shaunagh Connaire.
Fresh from its upcoming premiere at this week’s Galway Film Fleadh, Brown Bread comes to Backstage for a special homecoming event. The evening will include a post-screening Q&A with the brilliant Dermot Crowley and writer/director Shaunagh Connaire—hosted by a very special guest!
A two-time Emmy-nominated documentarian and proud Longford native, Shaunagh’s storytelling continues to make waves—and we’re honoured to support this exciting new chapter in her journey.

Don’t worry if you or any of your party are unable to attend a performance. If you contact our Box Office team on 043 3347888 no later than 4pm two days before the show*, you can exchange your tickets for another performance or ask for a credit voucher (which does not expire).
*Must be two working days. Box Office hours: Mon-Fri (10am to 5pm)
Please note: No refunds/exchanges can be offered on the day of a performance or after a show has taken place.
