Starring Niamh McGrath
Directed by Seamus O’Rourke

GomBean is a comedy set in a sleepy town in Sligo. Delivering a lock-down dose of caffeine-fueled fun, GomBean opens the lid on Grace O’ Malley’s new coffee van venture. But there’s a score to be settled when former wrestling rival Ruby Stephens arrives in town decades after making it big.

This blast from the past literally turns Grace’s world upside down, as she contends to win back her coveted title which she lost at the U18s Community Games back in ’94.

Some dreams just can’t be stomped on!

Director Seamus O’Rourke: “I was drawn to this play, obviously for its sense of fun, but also because, beneath all the madness, it has a real heart. Niamh McGrath is not only a great actor, but she’s one hell of a writer and GomBean is oh so tasty!”
